Yay!Boardwalk does a nice job of basic cleaning every two weeks at my home. There's a lot of inconsistency between their varied crews as to how well certain areas are cleaned, like sometimes they wipe down the stainless range hood and sometimes they don't. I would like to be able to fill out a checklist of the tasks that are important to me.But Sergio and Milo are top notch.

Boardwalk has been cleaning our house every three weeks since Sept 2023. Their teams (most recently Carolina and Maria) are always thorough and courteous.We’ve worked with other services and individual cleaners in the past. There has always been issues with scheduling and communication. Boardwalk excels at both! I’ve emailed to shift appointments. We receive emails and texts before each visit like clockwork. Billing is handled automatically.

Due to the hard water in Austin, I needed professional help cleaning my shower and called up a couple other businesses but bc it was such a small job, most weren't able to scale down the service but Boardwalk was able to.they brought 2 employees and cleaned it with no fuss and got it done in the time they charged me for. They also cleaned the rest of the bathroom: sink, toilet, etc. and looks great! They neatly put everything back. Just the small details.I wish I had taken a before photo because the shower looked horrendous before they got there.Would recommend them and will be reaching out in the future if I need anything.I called on the phone to book it and everything was quick, easy, and seamless.

This is THE BEST company I have worked with for cleaning services!
