Log in to your Boardwalk Cleaning client portal and click “Refer a Friend.” From there, you can copy your unique link or share it directly through email or social media.
Nope! The more friends, family, or neighbors you refer, the more credits you earn. There’s no cap on referrals.
Credits are applied to your account after your friend’s first cleaning is completed and paid for in full.
Please note, we do not move furniture. Areas under furniture and large appliances will be cleaned where they are or as thoroughly as possible without moving them.
Yes! If you’ve referred more than one person, you can stack your credits toward future cleanings—or spread them out over multiple appointments.
Credits must be used within 12 months of being issued.
Anyone who hasn’t used Boardwalk Cleaning before qualifies—neighbors, coworkers, family, or friends in the Austin area.
If they cancel before completing their first service, the referral credit will not be applied.

You’ll get an email confirmation once your friend’s service is complete, and your credit will automatically appear in your account.
